Sacred Witnessing

Sacred Witnessing is a quality of presence as much as it is a session. It is the practice of going with someone into what is difficult, without flinching and without rushing toward resolution. It is a space where feelings, transition, and the full truth of your experience are not only welcome but honored. In being truly seen, new possibilities emerge.

Sacred Witnessing Sessions

Sacred Witnessing is a steady companion for…

Grief Tending

Grief is not a problem to be solved. It is one of the most honest things we will ever feel and it is meant to be witnessed.

  • You are navigating a recent loss - major or minor

  • You have never had a space to be seen in your grief, truly seen, without someone trying to fix it

  • You are moving through a life transition and feel the weight of what is changing

  • You are curious about grief as a sacred experience and explore what it asks of us

  • You have a desire to go deeper into understanding the inseparable relationship between grief and love

  • You are navigating conflict or a relationship is asking something new of you

  • You notice patterns of self-abandonment and are ready to change them

  • You want to honor your boundaries while still maintaining connection and an open heart

  • You are ready to look honestly at your own part in what is happening

  • You need support through conscious closure or a significant ending

Spiritual Counsel

Approaching and navigating life's matters through the lens of the soul. Examining with deep honesty what life is truly asking from us.

  • You sense something is asking for deeper reflection than you’ve been able to give it alone

  • You are searching for the gifts in the challenges you face, without spiritual bypassing

  • You are at a crossroads and need space to find your own truth rather than someone else’s answer

  • You are ready to look at the ways you may be contributing to your own unhappiness

  • You are forming or wish to explore your own relationship to the sacred

Our grief doesn’t need healing. Our healing needs our grief.
— Shauna Janz

Grief is a journey into the depths of the sacred and our raw humanness. I will go with you.

Relationship Navigation

Relationships are more than romance and compatibility. They are the arena in which we learn the most about ourselves.

It all comes back to right relationship. Relationship with others, relationship with ourselves, and relationship to the world around us.
— Geo Case
When we go deeper, we become freer.
— James Finley

Sacred Witnessing sessions are available in person or remotely.

Wherever you find yourself in these three sections, this is where you begin…

For the first time in almost 8 years, I finally felt safe enough to open up and talk about my grief. During our sessions, emotions I had buried for so long naturally came to the surface, and I found myself crying and releasing things I had never shared with anyone before.

Geo’s work helped me begin shedding layers of pain and emotional heaviness that I didn’t even realize I was still carrying. Along the way, he always created a safe, supportive space where I felt truly listened to, understood, and never judged.

I truly feel this work has been part of the beginning of my healing journey, and I’m deeply grateful for the care, patience, and support he’s given me. I honestly can’t recommend him enough.

Grief Work is the Work of Our Times

Grief is not a problem.

Grief is not a weakness.

Grief is not a detour.

Grief is not a distraction from the work.

It is the work.

To feel what hurts and stay with it in a world constantly numbing and distracting us is an act of sacred resistance. It is how we stay human in inhumane times. And while there’s no easy map out of this collective sorrow, I believe the path through is one we can walk together. Gently. Honestly. With trembling hands clasped together and with broken, but full hearts.

Maybe grief is the doorway. Maybe what waits on the other side is not despair, but clarity. Maybe, just maybe, grief is the soil of transformation.

I’m still listening. Still learning the soft power of grief. Still holding space for others to join me in that knowing. If you’re carrying grief of any kind, known or unnamed, you are not alone.

I will go with you.

Community Grief Ritual

The only way out is through. The only way through is together.
— Frances Weller

Grief belongs to all of us and is meant to be held in community. Our culture has largely lost its rituals that once made this possible. At a time in our world when it is needed the most, we have lost our gatherings, the ceremonies, and the collective permission to feel our pain.

Community grief rituals restore that permission. Through self reflection practices, counsel sharing, community music, singing and other practices woven throughout the day, we get to participate in what humans have always done together at the thresholds of life.
