Reflection Sheet
Included here is your Soft Power Spinal Flow Reflection Sheet. This sheet is an invitation, not an obligation. It serves as a companion to your healing journey, a place to document your experience during, after or in between sessions. It is a place to notice what is shifting, what is alive or perhaps what is asking for attention. Because 30 minute treatment visits are set up to focus on table work, this sheet serves as a bridge in between sessions and will be reviewed at your re-assessment visit.
As a reminder, stress resolves in layers that are often subtle. Sometimes changes are significant and immediate and sometimes symptoms can increase before resolving. Other times, it may be smaller shifts like: a little more ease in the morning, pain that has reduced incrementally, or a moment of unexpected emotion. This sheet helps you track what you might otherwise overlook and more easily see the results of the work you’re doing.
If possible, check in with yourself daily using this key and a focus on your particular symptoms and goals:
Sleep – quality, easy falling / staying asleep Energy – overall level, steady or up-and down
Mood – emotional shifts, stress, calm Pain or Tension – where, how much, better or worse?
Mobility & Movement – range, ease, new sensations Anything else you’ve noticed
On Gratitude
On this sheet you will also see a space for a daily gratitude. You may list as many as you’d like. Gratitude is not simply a positive thinking exercise. It is a practice of keeping the heart open and an open heart allows for greater access to the full range of what we feel. Research also shows that a genuine felt sense of gratitude activates the parasympathetic nervous system, shifting the body out of the stress response and into a state of safety and openness, where healing can land more deeply.
